Union Cattle Company specializes in all-natural, grass-fed/finished beef cattle. Union Cattle Company operates between Leadville and Buena Vista, Colorado. Union Cattle Company is managed to Beef Quality Assurance standards, which means that all of Union Cattle Company's cattle are handled with low-stress techniques, have strict bio-security measures in place to protect them, and have individual records kept for each animal.
Our cattle spend their days grazing freely in a natural environment and have never been treated with antibiotics or received hormones of any kind. They are not confined to a pen to be grain finished, which means that you are eating truly grass-fed beef that yields a multitude of health benefits.
We encourage you to compare our product to our competitors. We not only strive to produce the highest quality beef possible, but to do so for a great price, which is why we have a 95% customer return rate!

Gram for gram, grass-fed beef contains less fat which means less calories.
Grass-fed beef's fatty acid composition varies greatly in comparison to grain-finished beef. While both grain and grass fed beef have similar amounts of Omega 6 polyunsaturated, grass fed beef contains up to five times as much Omega 3, about twice as much Conjugated Linoleic Acid, and much less monounsaturated fat.
Beef is naturally packed with B12, B3, B6, Iron, Selenium, and Zinc. Going grass fed means that you will be provided with much higher quantities of Vitamin A, Vitamin E, and other antioxidants.
